Renewed Hielkema models of rental agreements per 1 February 2021

Rental agent Home of Orange has been using the model rental agreements of tenancy law attorney Hielkema & co for years. We find these models better and more practical than the standard ROZ models and, moreover, they are written more from the point of view of the landlord.

Dutch Tenancy law is complicated and changes with some regularity. Within a period of 1 year, for example, the Amsterdam Housing Regulation has already been amended 4 times. And it seems that another adjustment is imminent.
Using the correct agreement, updated to the latest developments, is therefore of great importance. In 2016, Hielkema & co had already made significant changes to its models due to drastic changes in the law pursuant to the "Rent Market Transfer Act".
The models and the accompanying General Provisions have now been updated again by Hielkema per 1 February 2021 due to legislative changes. Of course we use these new models, so that you can be sure that the rental agreements have been drawn up based on the most recent laws and regulations. Such a safe feeling!
