Rental Mediation

We take care of everything from A to Z: from on-site advice to key handover. We start with a property assessment, professional photos, and a compelling advertisement in both Dutch and English. Your property will be showcased on our website and international rental platforms and promoted to real estate agents, companies, and relocation agencies. We carefully select suitable tenants, schedule viewings, and keep you informed throughout the process. After screening potential tenants, we draft a legally sound rental agreement and handle the collection of rent and deposit. The key handover and check-in inspection are completed with a detailed report. We ensure a hassle-free rental experience!

Do-It-Yourself

Prefer to handle most aspects of the rental process yourself? No problem! At Home of Orange, you are not required to purchase a full rental package. Simply customize your own package and decide which services you want to outsource to us. Whether it's professional photography, placing a ‘For Rent’ sign, or screening potential tenants, we offer the flexibility to choose what suits you best.
